The Light Talent Initiative (LTI) is a Christian faith-based organization founded in April 2024 in Uganda, committed to discovering, nurturing, and supporting God-given talents. By integrating faith, mentorship, and professional development, we empower individuals to transform their lives and positively impact their communities.
